Introduce the instruction blocks as the directions Cubetto+ follows when inserted in the Board and sent by pressing the action button. When each block is inserted in the Board, a child should be encouraged to predict what Cubetto+ will execute before pressing the “Go” button. This is key in understanding concepts like program design, and it helps them develop abstraction.

Different blocks represent different instructions, and a distinct command. These blocks make up Cubetto’s hands-on coding language and are the key to learning computational thinking.
